PREBOOKED SERVICE ONLY​
Operating hours: Monday - Friday 5am - 5pm, Saturday - sunday 6am -6am, PLEASE NOTE OUR OPERATING HOURS MAY CHANGE ON DAY TO DAY BASIS DEPENDING ON WORKLOAD

**Advance long distant trips over 40km from the pick up destination require a $25 non refundable deposit, please talk to the dispatch before booking.

**a $25 cancellation fee applies to all bookings cancelled on the date of travel.

**if you are an account holder and wish to book a ride for your client please leave a note in the extra info section stating your business name.

**If you have multiple drop off points please add in extra info section, unannounced multiple drop offs will attract a $5 extra per destination added on top of your fare.

**if you live in a area where mobile phone reception is poor or unusable please have cash ready as our eftpos will not work in those areas. Weekend delays of upto 1 hour are inevitable please plan your trip according

** A $120 CLEANING FEE APPLIES TO ANY CUSTOMER WHO VOMITS IN ANY OF OUR RIDES

**NO SMOKING OR DRINKING OF ANY ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED INSIDE OUR RIDES

Payment is required at the time of service, all credit and debit cards will attract a 1.5% surcharge payable on top of your fare, please also note if paying cash our drivers DO NOT carry change, please have the correct change available We understand some customers live on dirt roads but our taxi will not take shortcut dirt roads to destinations.all customers must treat our vehicle with respect, damage caused by customers will incur a fee payable at the time of your ride at the drivers discretion

AIRPORT TERMS

1, Discounted fares are only available between 5am-5pm daily outside these hours are set rates at the discretion of the driver ( woodend $120,  Kyneton $140)
2, if requesting a return booking your return flight number must be provided.
3, Return airport pick up times is not your land time, please allow 30 minutes extra for domestic and 1 hour for international added onto your land time at the time of booking
4, the driver will wait 10 minutes after the pick up time you provide us before the fare then turns into a set rate or if busy your booking potentially could be cancelled, so please take into consideration the above before providing the pick up time.

5, Bookings starting from the airport will incur a $55 cancellation fee if cancelled on the day of travel.

6, All credit,debit,eftpos cards will incur a 1.5% surcharge payable on top of your fare.

7, if your flight has changed dates or time with no notice given a one way fare fee applies, same for if booking confirmations were not checked.
